A Chicago native, he is a treasure amongst Philadelphia's LBGT community with his diverse blend of equity-focused leadership , business acumen with a fierce mix of boardroom polish and grassroots hustle. He is the former Chief Creative Officer of the Philly Black Pride festival where he chiefly rolled out brand transformation strategies and agile growth methods at scale. He is a Commissioner with the City of Philadelphia Office of Human Relations—leveraging his time and insight to bring justice to acts of discrimination and enforce civil rights legislation. Passionate about the advancement of opportunities for Young Black Gay Men (ybgm), He serves as the Strategic Development Officer for YBGLI: a national leadership pipeline to include ybgm in advocacy and policy. He's also a recent MBA graduate in Innovation from Jefferson University.

He is best known for his robust role in the community as a public speaker, activist, and community service leader with an ambitious attitude. In 2009, Brandon Co-Founded Nu Phi Zeta Fraternity Inc. (NPZ) and now serves as the National President. NPZ works to inspire men to realize their true potential. The benefits the gentleman receives is a healthy environment that will develop his talent and proficiency to its full potential, enhance his personal skills and foster professional development. Brandon has served on many local and national committees that deal with bettering the LGBT community. Over the years his hard work in the community has not gone unnoticed receiving awards such as The Atlanta Journal Cup, a proclamation from The City of Atlanta, and was inducted into National Youth Pride Services LGBT Hall of Fame. Brandon aspires to finish his MBA in Marketing and travel the world while making a global impact.
